Please do not take this the wrong way. I sincerely appreciate anyone that stops by my page with a positive rating. I can even understand someone visiting and rating multiple times if it is to leave a new comment on my profile or show off their new rating stamp. Sometimes a person will give lower than a 10 and will eventually stop by to raise that rate as you add more that they like to your page and that is understandable as well even if it is to give a lower rate as long as the rate or comment changes. It is slightly irritating however, when the same person continuously stops by day after day or week after week to rate the same rate and leave the same stamp over and over. For you certain people, please note that when ever you rerate something, all it does is cancel out your previous rate. Rating me a 10 on three different occasions will not equal out to giving me 30. A 10 twenty times will still only mean you have rated me a 10. If you have rated me already, the code of your stamp will still be in my comment box and/or it will say, "You have already rated this profile." Same goes for if you rate me and you do not see that I have rated you back, it most likely means I have already rated you and I rate everyone a 10 unless I have a reason not to so I will not be rerating you.

I think some feel that by constantly leaving their stamp on your profile they are somehow showing ownership, or marking their territory. I don't know....just saying.

I could certainly see that as well on here with some individuals. Good point. I would do it a bit differently but then I do most things differently so that isn't saying much. If someone considered themselves my property I would create my own seal and have them post it on their profile so that it would be permanent.
